Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy Watch3 in the month of August this year, and it will be available for purchase at amazon.com from August 27th, 2020 onwards at the price of INR 32,990 in Mystic Silver and Mystic Black colors.

Out of the two 45 mm and 41 mm diameter variants, it seems that only the 45 mm variant is being released in India currently. Also, mystic bronze color variant of the watch seems not available for India.
